Job Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our company. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring operational efficiency. 

 

Responsibilities 

Financial Management:  

  • Manage and analyze financial data, including accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. 
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and policies to optimize operations and reduce costs. 

Reporting & Control: 

  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and standards. 
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. 

Strategy & Collaboration: 

  • Contribute to strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. 
  • Effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management. 
  • Collaborate with IT to implement and manage financial software, such as MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems. 

Team Leadership:  

  • Oversee a team of four finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. 

 

 

Requirements 

  • Up to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry. 
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly in the FMCG and retail sectors. 
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 
  • Knowledge of financial software, such as MS Dynamics 365, and a willingness to learn new systems. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address financial challenges. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
