Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our company. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Manage and analyze financial data, including accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes and policies to optimize operations and reduce costs.
Reporting & Control:
- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Strategy & Collaboration:
- Contribute to strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
- Collaborate with IT to implement and manage financial software, such as MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee a team of four finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Requirements
- Up to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly in the FMCG and retail sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of financial software, such as MS Dynamics 365, and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address financial challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
