Responsibilities
Design Engineering & Visualization:
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for various interior elements.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Creating stunning 3D renderings and animations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of design projects.
Client Coordination:
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design solutions.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in interior design, specifically in residential and hospitality projects (houses, apartments, hotels, residences)
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray)
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Excellent understanding of construction materials, finishes, and industry standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
