Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our dynamic team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of baked goods, from artisanal breads to decadent pastries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes.
- Bake a wide range of products, including breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, frosting, and other decorative elements.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards and are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Creative flair and attention to detail.
- Food safety certification (preferred)
