Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG and a proven track record in managing large-scale warehouse facilities.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Complete authority over warehouse and logistics functions.
- Manage a team of 10-15 diverse individuals, including laborers, drivers, and assistants.
- Ensure efficient inbound and outbound processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels.
Logistics Management:
- Manage and oversee the logistics team, including vehicle operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the logistics team.
Inventory Control:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for over 500 SKUs.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize losses and discrepancies.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve optimal performance.
- Provide clear guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the warehouse operations.
- Implement measures to prevent damage, theft, and product deterioration.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Upto 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10-15 members, including laborers, drivers, and assistants.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics for efficient warehouse management.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Energetic and active to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment.
