Job Title: Guest Attendant – Arabic Speaking 

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Working Days: 6 days  

Working Hours: 9 hours per day + 1 hour break.  

                                    Business Opening times: 

  •   Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM 
  •   Weekends:10:00 AM – 11:00 PM 

Salary: 3500 AED 

Visa: Employment Visa Provided

Our client is launching a vibrant and exciting themed attraction in Dubai, UAE. It is the first of its kind and is designed to be a beautiful and fun destination for food, entertainment and activities for the whole family. They are looking to build an experienced and dynamic team to support their operations. 

 

Job Overview: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests.  They will act as the first point of contact for incoming customers and will be required to always be professional and friendly. 

 

Responsibilities 

Customer Service: 

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. 
  • Answer guest questions about attractions, shows, dining options, and other services. 
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when needed. 
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, promoting a positive and welcoming environment. 
  • Take bookings and manage reservations 
  • Manage payments and cash register 


Safety and Control: 

  • Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are being followed such as not standing in unauthorized areas. 
  • Observe facility and operations to identify any potential safety hazards or malfunction 
  • Organize and manage queues to minimize wait times and prevent overcrowding. 
  • Guide guests to appropriate areas to avoid congestion. 
  • Politely enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety. 
  • Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents, incidents, or natural disasters. 

 

Requirements 

  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Fluent in Arabic and English 
  • Experience in cashiering and payment management 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment    
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift objects 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
