Job Title: Baristas
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Days: 6 days
Working Hours: 9 hours per day + 1 hour break.
There will be two shifts: Morning and Evening
Business Opening times:
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Weekends:10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Salary: 3000 AED – 3800 AED
Visa: Employment Visa Provided

Our client is launching a vibrant and exciting themed attraction in Dubai, UAE. It is the first of its kind and is designed to be a beautiful and fun destination for food, entertainment and activities for the whole family. They are looking to build an experienced and dynamic team to support their operations.
Responsibilities
Coffee Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer any questions regarding the menu, coffee types, and brewing methods.
Equipment Operation:
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
Drink Customization:
- Accommodate customer requests for drink modifications, such as milk preferences, flavor syrups, and adjustments to coffee strength.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as Barista or similar role, with exposure in preparing coffee, smoothies, shakes, and juices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee varieties and techniques.
