Job Title: Head Barista  

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Working Days: 6 days  

Working Hours: 9 hours per day + 1 hour break.  

     There will be two shifts: Morning and Evening  

                                   Business Opening times: 

  •  Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM 
  •  Weekends:10:00 AM – 11:00 PM 

Salary: Head Barista: 4000 AED – 4300 AED 

Visa: Employment Visa Provided

Our client is launching a vibrant and exciting themed attraction in Dubai, UAE. It is the first of its kind and is designed to be a beautiful and fun destination for food, entertainment and activities for the whole family. They are looking to build an experienced and dynamic team to support their operations. 

  

Responsibilities 

Product Development: 

  • Create, develop and promote new drinks and recipes 

Employee Management:  

  • Train and supervise baristas 

Food Preparation:  

  • Prepare basic snacks such as pastas and sandwiches 

Customer Management: 

  • Greet customers and take orders 
  • Address and resolve customer complaints 
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages 

Inventory Management:  

  • Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, ensuring proper storage and rotation to maintain freshness. 

Quality Management: 

  • Ensure quality control of all beverages 
  • Follow health and safety regulations 
  • Ensure quality of service to customers is maintained 

 

Requirements 

  • At least 2 years experience as a Barista specializing in specialty coffee, preferably in a restaurant or café setting. 
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods, with a passion for exploring new flavors and profiles. 
  • Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment, ensuring proper calibration. 
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor, capable of building rapport with guests and delivering personalized service. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and a willingness to support colleagues 
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
