Job Title: Sourcing Officer/Specialist 

Location: UAE 

Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 

Salary: 4000 AED + Commission 

Commission: 10% per of each successful placement fee, paid monthly 

Visa: Employment Visa Provided

Job Overview 

HumLog HR is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter and Sourcing Officer who are enthusiastic about recruiting talent for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with hiring managers, foster personal career growth, and contribute to our clients success. 

 

We work with clients across all of the UAE with a focus on industries such as: E-commerce, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, F&B, Hotel Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Retail, FMCG, Technology, Healthcare & Automotive. 

 

Responsibilities 

Talent Pool Creation

  • Creating databases and talent pools in line with strategic sourcing plans. 
  • Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. 

Screening & Interview Management

  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers. 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews 

Tracking & Control

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Ensure all updates are recorded in Recruitment Trackers. 


Requirements: 

  • Up to 1 - 4 years of experience in a Recruitment agency environment. 
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. 
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
