Job Title: Finance Accounts Executive

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Accounts Executive who will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department. The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial reporting and be responsible for the company’s financial transactions and their timely and effective management. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Financial Reporting 

  • Prepare all financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, bank reconciliation and KPIs. 
  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices and tax invoices.  

Financial Transactions Management 

  • Prepare payments by Cheque or online bank portals. 
  • Maintain credit card transaction reports and close the cards on a monthly basis. 
  • Record all transactions of payments through bank, credit cards or cash. 
  • Utilize financial modelling system throughout works for complete costs and subsequent revenue analysis & management.  
  • Liaise with banks for all transactions. 
  • Reconcile general ledger with budget set by the company.  

Documentation & Control 

  • Organize and maintain permanent files related to finances for the company. 
  • Determine and manage monthly cash requirements by projecting and maintaining cash flow projections for equity needs.  
  • Prepare VAT reports for VAT filing and submit the same and conduct VAT audits as and when conducted by the FTA. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Overall 4+ years of work experience with up to 2 years of work experience in accounting field 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or business. 
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses  
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filling systems  
  • Brilliant oral and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent communication in English is mandatory while knowing Arabic would be advantageous.
