Job Title: HR Business Partner 

Location: Ajman/Umm Al Quwain, UAE 

Work Type: Full Time 

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 

Salary: 4000 AED 

Visa: Employment Visa Provided 

Essential Requirement: UAE Driving License

Job Overview 

HumLog HR is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support and advice to our clients, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities: 

Clients' HR management: 

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing HR expertise and guidance. 
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects. 

Employee Management: 

• Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development. 
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes. 
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture. 

Data Management & Compliance: 

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR practices. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

Requirements: 

• Up to 2 years of HR and Accountant experience in the UAE. 
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor. 
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor laws. 
• UAE driving license is essential 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
