Salary: 2000 AED – 4000 AED

Job Overview: 

We are seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Insurance Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding clients, possess strong sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for educating clients about various insurance products in the UAE, helping them choose the best coverage, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Client Management: 

  • Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions. 
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications, ensuring all required documents are accurately submitted. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring smooth policy issuance through the portals. 

Sales Strategy: 

  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets, with significant incentive earning potential. 
  • Utilize the provided tech tools and portals to generate quotes and close deals quickly and efficiently. 
  • Participate in and benefit from our candidate referral program. 

Market Research: 

  • Stay informed about insurance products and competitive market offerings in the UAE. 
  • Stay updated on insurance plans, benefits, and UAE regulations to effectively communicate options to clients. 

Training & Development: 

  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. 

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of UAE experience in the insurance sector. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous. 
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools. 
  • Proven sales experience, with excellent closing skills, particularly over the phone. 
  • Sales-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and the ability to earn unlimited incentives 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
