We are looking for licensed and experienced nurses to join our team. This role is ideal for dedicated nursing professionals who thrive in patient-centric environments and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Care:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, administering injections, and managing IV therapies.
- Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to DOH regulations and protocols.
- Regularly monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
Patient Education and Documentation:
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, understanding treatment plans, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle at home.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including daily care notes, medication logs, and progress reports, in compliance with DOH standards.
Compliance and Safety:
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and seamless communication between all parties involved in the patient’s care.
- Ensure all care practices comply with DOH regulations and the healthcare providers policies, prioritizing patient safety and high standards of care.
Requirements:
- Active DOH (Department of Health)/MOH (Ministry of Health) license to practice as a Nurse in Dubai.
- Proven experience as a Nurse in the UAE.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle the dynamic nature of home healthcare.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
