Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to manage our online presence across various social media and digital platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, engaging with the online community, and driving brand awareness. This role will also involve close collaboration with external marketing agencies.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Oversee company’s presence on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content.
- Actively engage with online audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all social media content and digital communication reflect company's values and objectives, maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to remain competitive in the digital space.
Content Strategy & Coordination:
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to develop and implement content strategies.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and collaborations, to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Assist in generating ideas for creative content (e.g., graphics, videos, blogs)
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, sales) to align social media efforts with broader business objectives
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and clear messaging for different platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while coordinating with external marketing agencies.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
