Our client is the digital wing of a trusted insurance broker regulated by the UAE Insurance Authority. They specialize in providing innovative online insurance solutions for individuals and businesses, offering personalized coverage options that simplify the insurance process.  

 

Job Overview 

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Managers to establish and manage relationships with key partners. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that these partners effectively utilize our innovative insurance platform to sell insurance directly to small and medium-sized businesses.  

 

Responsibilities 

Partnership Management:  

  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant partners  
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners 
  • Act as a liaison between partners and the internal team to resolve any issues or technical challenges. 

Onboarding & Training: 

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners 
  • Ensure they are well-trained in using the company’s platform and understand the product offerings. 

Performance Management: 

  • Monitor and track the performance of partnered centers 

Market Feedback:  

  • Gather feedback from partners to improve the platform’s functionality, user experience, and overall partner satisfaction. 

Sales & Commission Management: 

  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing the number of policies booked through your partner network, earning commissions based on premium volumes. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry. 
  • A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Own Car preferred.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with external partners. 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proactive approach to generating new business. 
  • Comfortable with technology and software platforms 
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
