Working Hours: 6 days a week, 10-hour duty with 1 hour break 

Salary: AED 3000

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Sales Executive to represent the brand in premium retail environments such as Duty Free and Cabin Crew shops. Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting high-quality lifestyle and health products, and driving sales.  

 

Responsibilities 

Customer Engagement:  

  • Proactively approach and engage with customers in premium retail locations 
  • Provide expert knowledge on company's product lines. 

Product Demonstration:  

  • Showcase the unique features and benefits of our products, including lifestyle, fashion, and health solutions. 
  • Ensure customers understand how these products can enhance their daily lives. 

Sales Generation:  

  • Drive product sales through compelling in-store presentations and product recommendations tailored to the needs of a premium clientele. 

Brand Representation:  

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brands values of innovation, quality, and sustainability are consistently communicated to customers. 

Market Feedback:  

  • Collect customer feedback, observe buying patterns, and report insights to the management team to help refine product displays and promotional strategies. 

Display Maintenance:  

  • Assist in maintaining attractive product displays that align with the company's premium brand image, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well-organized. 

Collaboration:  

  • Work closely with store staff and management to coordinate promotions, in-store events, and product launches. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Promoter, Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a premium retail environment.  
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. 
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close sales in high-traffic, premium retail settings. 
  • Willingness to work in different locations within Dubai, including Duty Free and other high-end retail stores.
