Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and merchandising of our product lines, including health, lifestyle, and fashion products, to retail establishments across Dubai.
Responsibilities
Merchandising & Stock Management:
- Set up, maintain, and optimize product displays at various retail locations
- Monitor stock levels at retail locations, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and product turnover is maintained efficiently.
Product Delivery:
- Safely transport products to designated retail outlets across Dubai, adhering to delivery schedules.
Retail Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail staff to ensure collaboration in merchandising efforts and in-store promotions.
Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand ambassador promoting the company's product lines and core values of innovation, sustainability, and quality living.
Market Feedback & Reporting:
- Provide feedback on customer reactions, competitive activity, and market trends to help improve merchandising strategies and product performance.
- Track and report on inventory levels, merchandising issues, and any promotional activities to the head office.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in lifestyle, health, or fashion product lines.
- English language proficiency
- Familiarity with lifestyle, health, and fashion products is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with retail staff and customers.
- Ability to lift, carry, and set up products and displays.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure displays are visually appealing and products are properly stocked.
