Job Overview
The ideal candidate will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as mechanical, electrical & plumbing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all sorts of fixes, repairs, replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner.
- Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company's rental properties or offices.
- Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
- Complete ac fixing /installation/service and Maintenance, including duct, kitchen exhaust etc.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing system for commercial and residential building.
- Responsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.
- Maintain and keep log of own inventory. Report all expenses and consumed materials on the superior in proper manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Multi-technician in the UAE
- Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance roles.
- Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical or air conditioning will be advantageous.
- Have knowledge in Genset, pumps, and other mechanical equipment
- Must speak English
- UAE driving license to commute to multiple properties daily for maintenance tasks.
- Flexibility to work during off-duty hours when necessary to address urgent maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai building rules and regulations for maintenance and inspection activities.
