Job Title: Warehouse Executive 

Location: Dubai

Our client is one of the largest retailers of refurbished electronics and gadgets in UAE, dedicated to providing high quality, affordable and sustainable tech solutions. They deal in smartphones, tablets, laptops and accessories from top brands around the globe. 

 

Job Overview 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and quality control process for the warehouse. They must be comfortable with a fast paced, dynamic environment and dealing with unstructured problems. 

  

Responsibilities: 

Inventory Management: 

  • Grading and packaging on devices for shipments 
  • Timely inventory reconciliation 

Supplier Management: 

  • Coordination with suppliers, shipping agents and marketplaces for inventory movement 

Tracking and Reporting: 

  • Track all inventory movements from procurement to sales in the system 
  • Raise invoices in the POs in the system 
  • MIS and reporting 

 

Requirements: 

  • 3 – 5 years of work experience in a similar role in UAE 
  • Valid UAE driving license 
  • Strong knowledge of MS office suite, specifically MS excel for record keeping and analysis 
  • Knowledge and experience in E – commerce is advantageous 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
