Job Title: Customer Service Executives  

Location: Dubai

Salary: 4000 AED to 6000 AED

Job Overview 

The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to and managing customers. The role will be crucial in ensuring that customers feel valued and supported 

 

Responsibilities 

Customer Support: 

  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and shipment tracking. 
  • Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers in a timely and satisfactory manner. 
  • Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders and shipments. 
  • Provide pricing and delivery information to customers as requested. 

Operations Support: 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations. 
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities. 

Process Improvement: 

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and exceed customer expectations. 

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry. 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic. 
  • Diploma or degree in relevant field is advantageous. 
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
