Job Title: Real Estate Broker
Location: Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Commission Based:
- 40% of total agency commission on leads provided by company
- 50% of total agency commission on self-generated leads
Visa: Freelance visa or NOC is preferred, Employment visa can be discussed

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, providing expert advice, and facilitating successful property sales.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client’s property requirements and preferences.
- Advise clients on real estate opportunities, property financing, and market conditions to guide them in making informed decisions.
Property Listings
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
Documentation and Legal Compliance:
- Assist clients in completing all necessary documentation for property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Negotiation and Deal Closing:
- Negotiate and facilitate property deals between buyers and property owners, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Real Estate industry Dubai, UAE
- Proficient in both English and Arabic
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in any field is advantageous, not mandatory
- Proven success in closing deals within the Dubai Real Estate market.
- Strong ability to build a network of cliental
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
