Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Ajman

Working Days: 6 Per week

Salary: AED 2500 + AED 500 accommodation allowance


Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their team based in Ajman. It is an on site position that will allow the candidate to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Help manage and update internal HR systems and processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and concerns.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Help coordinate interviews, manage job postings, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Participate in onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and organizing new hire documentation.
  • Help track employee training progress and maintain training records.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance


Requirements

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
