Job Title: Multi Technician
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 2500 – AED 2800
Position Overview
Our client is a leading facilities management company based in Dubai and they are looking for Multi Technician to join our Maintenance department ASAP. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as mechanical, electrical & plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all sort of fixes, repairs, replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner.
- Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company managed rental properties or offices.
- Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
- Responsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.
- Maintain and keep log of own inventory. Report all expenses and consumed materials on the superior in proper manner.
- Prepare or assist in preparing properties to a ready-for-occupancy condition, prepare inspection report when required.
- Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
- Performs electrical works, preventive and maintenance of AC, have knowledge in Genset, pumps, and other mechanical equipment
- Performs diagnosis, repair and maintenance for all equipment and facilities. Experience in Facilities is an advantage.
- Any other related task assigned by company
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Multi-technician in the UAE
- Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance roles.
- Must speak English
- Requires a UAE driving license to commute to multiple properties daily for maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to details and safety awareness
- Exhibit flexibility to work during off-duty hours when necessary to address urgent maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai building rules and regulations for maintenance and inspection activities.
