Job Opening: Operations Manager

Location: Dubai or Saudi

Salary: 10,000 to 25,000 AED


Position Overview:

Our client is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI-driven photo booth solutions. Our innovative products are transforming the event industry by delivering unique and memorable experiences for guests.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our AI photo booth business. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC regions and possess a strong background in the event industry. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in promoting our AI photo booth services, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the AI photo booth business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and expand the business in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC regions.
  • Coordinate and manage events, ensuring the seamless execution of photo booth services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Manage and train a team of technicians and event staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of AI photo booth equipment.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Events, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or GCC markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in launching and promoting new products or services in the GCC region.
  • Existing network of industry contacts and partners in the events sector across the GCC.
