Job Opening: Operations Specialist / Manager

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 AED
Company Overview:
As the Operations Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of this newly launched AI product. You will play a critical role in ensuring the product's success by managing its day-to-day operations, optimizing processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Follow and execute the operational strategy and execution for AI products ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user growth teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to support business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management of internet business, preferably AI related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generative content is highly desirable
