Job Opening: Content Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 AED
Position Overview:
Our client is a forward-thinking AI company based in Dubai, committed to pioneering innovations in the artificial intelligence and generative content space.
We are seeking a Content Manager to lead the our AI community, focusing on creating high-impact, scenario-based content that resonates with consumers across the MENA region. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional creative thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with consumer insights and market trends in the MENA region.
- Create the concept of scenario-based content that engages and inspires users, fostering a strong emotional connection.
- Drive content innovation by leveraging AI tools and analytics to anticipate consumer needs and craft compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and technology to ensure a cohesive and consumer-centric approach.
- Establish metrics for measuring content effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of content creators, editors, and strategists to foster creativity and excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in developing strategic, creative content tailored for specific markets, preferably in the MENA region.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and scenario planning.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
