This unique position combines your financial expertise with logistics management to streamline our operations and ensure exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


Financial Management:

- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to optimize internal controls.

- Liaise with auditors for seamless financial monitoring.

Supply Chain Management:

- Plan, manage, and optimize the full order cycle, ensuring efficiency and timely deliveries.

- Direct, coordinate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best deals.

- Maintain meticulous records of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.

- Resolve any logistics-related issues or customer complaints efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Proven experience in accounting and logistics roles.

- Strong understanding of accounting regulations and procedures.

- Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.

- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
