About the Job Role:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Salesperson to join our team specializing in supplying metal fabrication machines. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical background in metal fabrication processes and machinery, coupled with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the metal fabrication industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our machinery.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within the metal fabrication or industrial machinery sector.
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes and equipment, including CNC machines, welding equipment, cutting tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the UAE as required.
