Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Working Days & Hours: 6 days (8 hours working/everyday)

Visa: Employment Visa will be provided

Compensation: AED 4000 - AED 5000 + Commission of 3% to 4% based on target revenue

(example 100k equals 15k commission currently we have people making 15k a month after 6 months)


Role Overview:


The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging new business opportunities through direct client meetings, field sales activities, and networking events. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with face-to-face interactions and can effectively represent our company in various professional settings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce and present our products/services, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of leads and prospects using our CRM system.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences to build and nurture professional relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing new business deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, coordinate strategies, and contribute to team goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, and prepare reports for management review.


Requirements:


Experience: Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience with a proven track record of successful client engagements and sales achievements.

License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

In-Person Meetings: Demonstrated ability and willingness to meet clients directly in person, and effectively conduct face-to-face sales presentations.

Networking Skills: Experience in attending and participating in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and a results-driven approach to closing deals.

Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
