Job Summary


We are seeking a passionate and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our digital ad agency. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of creative professionals to bring our clients' visions to life through visually striking and strategically sound designs. As a Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects - from social to digital initiatives, to retail branding initiatives- showcasing your ability to marry form and function in the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of digital advertising. While your core responsibility will lie in graphic design, having motion graphics skills will be seen as a strong plus. This full-time role is based at our centrally located office, where you will be instrumental in forging strong visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and bolster brand identities. The candidate will have a strong sense of proven design and execution.


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Graphic Design:

  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of visually captivating content for a diverse range of media including digital ads, social media, and print materials.
  • Experience with UI/UX is preferred.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain and elevate our clients' brand consistency across various projects.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends to introduce fresh and innovative graphic design solutions.


2. Client Interaction and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the account management team to grasp client requirements, objectives, and target audiences, crafting visuals that hit the mark every time.
  • Build robust relationships with clients, deeply understanding their brand guidelines and working to exceed their expectations with stunning visual content.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, nurturing idea-sharing, and encouraging creative exploration among team members.


3. Project Management:

  • Manage a diverse array of projects simultaneously, while ensuring timely delivery and adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure graphic designs integrate seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital ad agency or similar fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering successful design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. Experience with motion graphics software (like Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of graphic design work. Including any motion graphics work would be beneficial.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven capability to approach challenges creatively and methodically, offering innovative solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality for all design outputs.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients alike.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively.
