We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in supporting the CEO in running the day to day operations of the business. The Real Estate Operations Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the smooth operation of the real estate office and transactions.
This position involves a blend of administrative tasks with client interaction, ensuring that all aspects of property listings, sales, and leasing's are organized and managed efficiently. By handling documentation, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to real estate agents and managements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing emails.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and update office files and records, both physical and electronic.
Team Coordination:
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure they have the necessary resources and information.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing office events and activities.
- Work closely with accounting and HR functions within the organization locally and overseas.
- Coordinate with Accounting team based in Philippines
Communication and Customer Service:
- Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve any office-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Preparing and coordinating documents and forms necessary for real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with developers to list new projects on the property portal.
Marketing and Social Media Management
- Lead the creation of marketing activities to promote listings and new projects on social media platforms.
- Managing content creation across social media platforms such as LinkedIn. Instagram & Facebook
- Refresh and update properties in all marketing portals (Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, Bayut, etc.). Monitor the verified, true check, rejected, and expired listings.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Relevant experience can substitute for educational requirements.
- Experience in creatin Social Media & Marketing content is advantageous
- Experience: 1 – 2 years Real estate experience in Dubai is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage), for effective communication with clients.
