Job Title: Real Estate Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in supporting the operational aspects of our real estate development projects and services. The successful candidate will ensure efficient project execution, compliance with regulations, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Oversee the activities of the operations team, including project coordinators and administrative staff.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local real estate regulations, permits, and zoning requirements.
- Client and Partner Relations: Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monthly Reports: Assist in generating and analyzing reports on project performance and market trends.
- CRM Management: Oversee the CRM software and company listings.
- Documentation: Be familiar with DLD regulations and assist in creating Forms.
- Quality Control: Approve and assist agents in creating quality listings. Refresh and update properties in all marketing portals (Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, Bayut, etc.).
- Property Management: List, register, and update properties (both primary and secondary) on property portals as well as in CRM (ZOHO). Monitor the verified, true check, rejected, and expired listings.
- Reporting: Send monthly marketing reports for the company’s major portfolios. Upload, update, and remove documents and listings on Trakeeshi. Maintain an Excel sheet of the listed properties with permit numbers and renewals.
- Liaison with Developers: Coordinate with developers to list new projects on the property portal.
- Social Media Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to promote listings and new projects on social media platforms.
- Training: Conduct training for all new joiners, especially agents, about the listings. Send listing performance and reports to agents. • RERA Knowledge: Understand and apply Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Relevant experience can substitute for educational requirements.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years Real estate experience in Dubai is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage), for effective communication with clients.
