Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Administrator to manage the smooth and efficient operation of a private residence in Emirates Hills. This role involves overseeing all aspects of household management, including supervising staff, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in household administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a live-out position.
Responsibilities: 
Staff Management:
·       Supervise and manage a team of six household staff, including two house helps, two cleaners, one driver, and one cook.
·       Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient task distribution.
·       Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
·       Address staff concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
·       Manage staff payroll and track attendance.
 
Household Operations:
·       Oversee all aspects of household maintenance, including cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep.
·       Develop and implement household procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality.
·       Manage household inventory, including supplies, groceries, and other necessary items.
·       Handle household budgeting and expenses, maintaining accurate records.
·       Plan and coordinate household events and gatherings as needed.
Vendor Management:
·       Liaise with external vendors, including maintenance companies, security agencies, gardeners, and other service providers.
·       Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
·       Maintain records of vendor contracts and service agreements.
 
Security and Safety:
·       Ensure the security and safety of the residence and its occupants.
·       Coordinate with security agencies and implement security protocols.
·       Respond to any security incidents or emergencies.
Communication:
·       Maintain clear and effective communication with the Director and other family members.
·       Provide regular updates on household matters and any relevant issues.
·       Act as the primary point of contact for all household-related inquiries.
 
Other Duties:
·       Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director.
 
Requirements: 
·       Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in household administration or a similar role, preferably in a high-profile residence.
·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
·       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English essential; Hindi advantageous).
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
·       Knowledge of household budgeting and expense tracking.
·       Familiarity with local vendors and service providers in Dubai.
·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
·       Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
·       Pet friendly (one dog at home)
