Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Academic Content Developer to create, review, and enhance high-quality academic content across various subjects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop well-researched and original academic content, including lecture materials, assessments, and study guides.
- Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and editors to enhance content quality.
- Create engaging multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and slide decks as needed.
- Conduct thorough research and ensure proper citation and adherence to academic integrity.
- Stay updated with trends in education, pedagogy, and subject-specific advancements.
- Assist in curriculum development and course structuring.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education, English, Science, Business, or a related academic field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic content creation or instructional design.
- Strong command of written English and excellent research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational tools (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS platforms).
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and academic referencing styles (APA, MLA, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-learning tools and content management systems (CMS/LMS).
- Knowledge of online teaching pedagogy and digital course design.
- Familiarity with SEO for educational content (optional but preferred).
