Our client is a leading provider of solutions to the construction and infrastructure industry in the UAE and wider Middle East region. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a highly specialised Sales Manager to expand their market presence and drive new business opportunities.
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities within the construction sector, focusing on infrastructure projects, utilities, and building solutions. This role demands a candidate with proven expertise in technical or industrial product sales, a strong industry network, and a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical, operations, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager in the construction, utilities, or building solutions sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE and Middle East.
- Experience in technical/industrial product sales (e.g., MEP, HVAC, water systems, fire safety, building automation, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a strategic, solutions-based sales approach.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
