Our client is a premium property developer currently launching an exclusive residential project on Dubai Islands. As part of their growth, they are looking to strengthen their HR function to support ongoing operations and future expansion.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining HR best practices within a luxury property development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in workforce planning to support new project launches and business growth.
- Liaise with management on HR strategy, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or managerial role within the UAE.
- Minimum of 4–6 years HR experience, ideally within property development, real estate, or luxury service sectors.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and payroll coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style developer environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
