Our client is a luxury property developer launching a premium residential project on the newly developed Dubai Islands. Renowned for high-end, design-focused developments, they are expanding their in-house client relationship and sales team.
Job Overview:
We are hiring two experienced Relationship Managers (1 Male, 1 Female) to join a dynamic client-facing team for an exciting luxury residential development. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients while managing property sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote the developer’s luxury residential offerings.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate property investment opportunities within the project portfolio.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and presentations.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for high-value clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and market updates to clients.
- Achieve individual and team-based monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relationship management or client-facing sales experience within a leading Dubai-based property developer (Damac, Sobha, Ellington, or similar).
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
- Strong client service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, well-presented appearance with the ability to engage luxury clientele.
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
