Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Dubai office, focusing on expanding our used smartphone trade network in Europe. You’ll play a critical part in growing our international distribution footprint and ensuring smooth, profitable partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard reliable used phone buyers across Europe.
- Build and manage a strong B2B distribution network for used Apple and Android smartphones.
- Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key buyers and partners.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics, order fulfillment, and delivery processes for European clients.
- Address client inquiries, operational issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and open new markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to ensure smooth transactions and service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in used mobile phones or electronics trading, specifically in the European market.
- Proven track record of developing and managing sales to European markets.
- In-depth knowledge of refurbished smartphone trading and distribution.
- Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills.
- Capable of independently building, scaling, and managing sales channels in Europe and other regions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
