Job Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. This role supports leadership with financial insights to drive business growth and operational control.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, billing, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting — monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track receivables, payables, sales, and cash flows.
- Prepare financial statements and consolidated reports.
- Coordinate with country managers on financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with East and West African financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10–14 years in financial management, preferably in East/West Africa and Asia.
- Education: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, and financial controls.
- Knowledge of multi-country financial operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, and leadership skills.
