Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage reporting, and support strategic business decisions for the company’s operations in the UAE and African markets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage cash flow, financial controls, and accounting operations.
- Provide financial insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with international financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies as required.
- Support financial planning and analysis for business operations, particularly in African markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Mandatory experience working in or with African markets.
- Industry background in mobile technology, telecom, or product distribution is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus).
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, and leadership skills.
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
