Job Overview: 
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Secretary to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.  
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and organise the daily calendar, meetings, and appointments for management and senior staff. 
  • Prepare, proofread, and handle business correspondence, reports, and confidential documents. 
  • Maintain systematic filing systems for both digital and physical records. 
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and visa applications when required. 
  • Provide administrative support during internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action points. 
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement needs. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications as needed. 
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a secretarial, administrative, or executive assistant role, preferably within the UAE. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with document management systems. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. 
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 
  • Professional appearance and proactive attitude.
