Role Summary:
As a Community Lead in a dynamic, innovative co-working space located in Melbourne, Australia, you will be the primary point of contact for members, responsible for delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience. The company specializes in providing flexible and collaborative workspaces designed to foster productivity and creativity. Your role will combine customer service, operations, community engagement, and basic sales support, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Engagement & Retention: Build strong relationships with members and anticipate their needs. Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues to ensure member satisfaction.
- Move-In & Move-Out Coordination: Lead onboarding processes for new members and conduct move-out interviews to gather feedback.
- Sales & Business Support: Conduct tours for prospective members, assisting the sales team in showcasing the space and handling member inquiries.
- Operations & Building Management: Perform daily space checks, manage vendor relations, and ensure the workspace meets high standards.
- Safety & Security: Enforce safety procedures, respond to incidents, and ensure a secure environment for all members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, community management, or a similar field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Other: Must be authorized to work in Australia; driving license required.
