Position Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a growing property-focused business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns and a solid understanding of European or CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) consumer behavior. Candidates currently based in the UAE with international marketing exposure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Create and manage platform-specific content calendars and social media strategies
Implement SEO best practices (on-page and off-page), and collaborate with web developers to improve UX and mobile responsiveness
Create high-quality content for digital campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and newsletters aligned with target audiences
Manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to automate lead nurturing and segment communication flows
Analyze campaign performance using GA4, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms, and report KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and CAC
Coordinate with creative teams and freelancers for design and video production
Develop email marketing strategies and automated campaigns
Collaborate with PR and influencer partners to increase brand credibility and reach

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: 4–8 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or campaign ownership role
Background: Exposure to marketing campaigns for European or CIS (e.g., Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Kazakh) markets is a strong plus
Location: Currently based in the UAE
Skills: Paid media, SEO, CRM/email marketing, analytics, and content strategy
Tools: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, CRM platforms
