Client Overview:

A leading MENA-based industrial services company specializing in O&M (Operations & Maintenance) contracts within the chemicals, petrochemicals, and industrial sectors. The business is actively expanding its portfolio across the GCC.


Job Overview:

The Business Head will be responsible for driving growth for the O&M division, leading business development, tendering, operational strategy, and client relationships. The role involves full P&L responsibility, market development, and leadership of commercial and operational teams.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead O&M business development, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in target sectors.
  • Develop competitive tender pricing strategies and processes.
  • Oversee operational delivery and profitability of O&M contracts.
  • Build and manage high-performing leadership and operational teams.
  • Align business strategy with corporate growth objectives.


Requirements:

  • 12+ years in Business Development in Chemicals/Petrochemicals, with 5+ years in a senior role managing O&M contracts.
  • B.Tech (mandatory), MBA preferred.
  • Strong business development and networking ability.
  • Contract negotiation and tender management expertise.
  • Strategic leadership with operational oversight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
