Role Overview:
As a Sales Promoter, you'll be the face of Asher Ventures at events, retail locations, or promotional activities. Your mission is to engage with potential customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and drive sales through outstanding service and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and engage potential customers to promote products/services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product or service being promoted.
- Drive sales through interactive product demonstrations and persuasive communication.
- Set up promotional stands or kiosks and ensure a professional and appealing display.
- Track customer feedback, report on promotional performance, and share insights.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events.
- Passion for sales and a strong drive to meet targets.
