Job Overview:
We are seeking a Relationships Officer to market and promote Wealth & Loan Products. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to the company’s success in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Insurance products in both INR and Dollar denominations.
- Promote and sell Mutual Fund products in INR and Dollar denominations.
- Cross-sell Indian and UAE Home Loans to existing and potential clients.
- Facilitate the distribution of Indian Unlisted Shares to interested investors.
- Assist customers in opening UAE Bank accounts, ensuring a seamless process.
- Support Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers in opening bank accounts.
- Market and promote Indian and UAE Real Estate products to prospective buyers.
- Work on a revenue generation model, focusing on achieving and exceeding targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Candidates with 10+ years of experience will also be considered for senior roles.
- Preferably hold certifications such as NISM and IRDA.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and external companies simultaneously.
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
