Job Overview:
As a Mid-level Account Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives. Your role is integral in strategizing for brand portfolios, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects, managing client relationships, and maintaining agency process compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, fostering professional growth and ensuring team efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for diverse brand portfolios, driving impactful results.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Build and nurture client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce outputs that align with client goals and uphold agency standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and deliver comprehensive reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Address challenges proactively, demonstrating strong crisis management and risk mitigation skills.
- Uphold agency processes, compliance standards, and foster a productive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency, with proven expertise in managing multiple accounts.
- Ability to develop overarching marketing strategies while managing daily project execution.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in both traditional (ATL, retail, shopper marketing) and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and managing teams to achieve results.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in overseeing campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of branding, content, and design, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities; Arabic proficiency is a bonus.
