Job Title: Customer Service Agent  

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 3,000 – 5,000 AED

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent will include being responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless logistics experience.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email. 
  • Provide clear and accurate information on company services and shipment status. 
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of shipments. 
  • Foster strong customer relationships through professional and consistent communication. 
  • Collaborate with partners to address logistical challenges and enhance service quality. 

 

 

Requirements:  

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry 
  • Experience in last-mile delivery operations is a strong advantage. 
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (related field is a plus) 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
