Job Title: Operations Supervisor  

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Work Type: Full-time, 6 days  

Working Hours: 8 Hours 

Salary: 3,000 – 8,000 AED

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient supply chain processes and manage transportation/delivery schedules, while meeting customer service expectations. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise daily logistics operations, including transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory management. 
  • Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. 
  • Oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers. 
  • Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align operations with company goals. 
  • Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and company policies. 

 

 

Requirements:  

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, (including team supervision is a plus). 
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery operations. 
  • Bachelor's degree in any field. 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
