Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence. As the Sales Manager you will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand the customer base within the UAE market.
- Identify potential clients and market segments, conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Engage prospects and customers to present the company's services, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Set clear sales objectives by creating quotas and sales plans for the assigned team, and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Up to 8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, freight forwarding, and warehousing services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
