We are seeking a dedicated Sales Officer who will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by assisting shoppers, providing product information, processing transactions, and promoting sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers.
- Verify product safety and expiration dates to maintain quality standards.
- Manage merchandise returns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Maintains high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance
